AI Training

Your team already uses AI.
Time to do it right.

Practical sessions that show what AI can really do — and how to use it safely and smartly. No theory, just something you'll use the same week.

Plan a session

Three sessions of 2 to 3 hours each: from understanding what AI can do and using it safely, to building a working tool yourself. Book standalone or combine.

Practical

How it works

Group size

6 to 20 participants

Location

At your office or online via Teams or Zoom

Language

Dutch or English

Combine

Combine into a half-day or hands-on day, or book each session separately

The offering

Three trainings, each one step further

Each training goes a step deeper and targets a slightly different audience: from everyone who wants to understand AI, to the people who want to build with it. Choose what fits your team.

01
Understand

AI Foundations

For everyone2 to 2.5 hoursNo technical background needed

Everyone is talking about AI. But what can it actually do, and what's just hype? After this session, your entire team will know what it's about. No jargon, no sales pitch.

What we cover

  • What AI is and isn't — and why it sometimes disappoints
  • How language models work, without the math
  • The limits: hallucinations, bias, and what a model does and doesn't know
  • What you can safely share and what you can't (GDPR and AI Act in plain language)
  • Prompts that work, demonstrated live

What you take away

  • A one-page prompting cheatsheet, ready to print
  • A fillable template for internal AI policy
02

AI Prompting

For those who use the tools2 to 2.5 hoursHands-on

Your team already uses the tools but isn't getting everything out of them. Here they learn to prompt so it actually delivers — and get hands-on examples of where AI genuinely helps and where it doesn't.

What we do

  • From generic to precise prompts: structure, context, and iteration
  • Prompt patterns for recurring tasks
  • Applications that work: which tasks benefit most from AI — across roles and work contexts
  • Where AI lets you down — and what not to share, automate, or trust without checking
  • Ideation session: where do you see this in your own work?

What you take away

  • A custom prompting cheatsheet, based on your work
  • A list of concrete applications from the session
03
Build

Building with AI

For those who want to build3 hoursHands-on

Want to go beyond just using tools? Here you build a working tool yourself — and learn how to connect separate AI steps into something usable.

What we do

  • What vibe-coding is — and why it works even if you can't program
  • Building a working tool together, no prior knowledge needed
  • How to chain multiple AI steps: from input to result
  • When a self-built tool is enough — and when you need real software
  • Where things go wrong, and how to spot it in time

What you take away

  • The tool you build in the session, ready to develop further
  • An overview of the patterns we used

Next step

From training to implementation

The trainings bring your team up to speed. The next step is AI that actually changes something in your organization — embedded in your processes and used daily by your team. That starts with the AI Scan: a short session with leadership to identify where the biggest gains are.

Optional session

AI Scan

Leadership & key stakeholders1.5 hours

In an hour and a half, we map out the best opportunities with leadership and prioritize them by what they deliver.

  • Identify where the repetitive work is
  • Prioritize by feasibility and impact
  • An opportunity list that connects directly to the AI Launchpad

And then we build it too

That opportunity list is immediately step 1 of the AI Launchpad. There we build your first working AI application and embed it in your work in 2 to 4 weeks.

You're not learning from full-time trainers, but from the engineers who build these systems themselves. Background in aerospace and mathematics, accustomed to environments where there's no room for mistakes. Most internal AI efforts stall because no one can answer the hard questions. We can — now for your team.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know

Can't my team just figure this out themselves?
Googling gives you fragments. A session gives you coherence. And space for questions about your own situation — not some random blog example.
We don't have time for a full day of training.
You don't need to. Sessions are 2 to 3 hours and can be booked individually. AI Foundations fits in a morning.
What does it concretely deliver?
Two things. Your team immediately gets more out of the tools they already have — and you know where the real opportunities are in your processes. Plus something tangible: cheatsheets and a working tool.
We'd rather handle this internally.
Fine — then we help you set that up. What we often see: internal efforts stall because no one can answer the hard questions well. That's exactly where we come in.
Do we need to be doing something with AI already to participate?
No. AI Foundations starts from zero. AI Prompting is more enjoyable if you've already tried something, but it's not a requirement.
Online or in-person?
Either works. In-person is usually better for the hands-on parts. Online is more practical if people are spread out.
How many people can participate?
6 to 20 works best: enough for interaction, small enough to ask questions. Larger or smaller group? Let us know and we'll figure out what fits.
What does it cost?
Starting from €1,000 per session. Get in touch for a quote.
